NS-22 High-Sulfur Nickel Plating Process
Characteristics and Applications:
NS-22 used can give rise to higher potential difference between semi-bright nickel and bright nickel deposits. Its deposits offer lateral extent of encroachment to enhance corrosion protection. NS-22 is a single-addition-maintenance system easy to control.
NSF-24 Nickel-Sealing Plating Process
Characteristics and Applications:
NSF-24 is applied in multilayer nickel system for the highest corrosion resistance requirements. The NSF-24 co-deposit non-conductive micro particles evenly over bright nickel deposit to produce a subsequent microporous chromium layer. NSF-24 used can provide 40 mv in potential difference higher than the bright nickel system.

SNB-2 - Semi-Bright
Nickel Plating
Applications:
SNLD-1 and SNB-2 are suitable for plating workpieces for high corrosion
resistant performance.
Characteristics:
SNLD-1 and SNB-2 are used for functional electroplating. High corrosion
resistance can be obtained in combination with bright nickel. The potential
difference between semi-bright nickel and bright nickel deposits can reach
110~130mv. The adhesion between these two nickel deposits is very strong.
SNB-10 - Semi-Bright Nickel Plating
Applications:
SNB-10 is suitable for plating workpieces for high corrosion resistant
performance.
Characteristics:
SNB-10 is used for multilayer nickel system. High corrosion resistance can be
obtained in combination with bright nickel. The potential difference between
semi-bright nickel and bright nickel deposits can reach 110~130mv. The adhesion
between these two nickel deposits is very strong.
